As a Seller, you will only pay 3.5% to list with me. No hidden fees - No broker fee, no filing fee, no technology fee - Just 3.5%. And more importantly, we give 2.5% of that to the Buyer's Agent and just keep 1% for ourselves! Nobody in town can match that!
